Operations Associate
TCM is seeking a full-time Operations Associate to work in its offices located at 6337 Hollister Drive, Speedway, IN 46224. Reports to the Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide office support including human resources and clerical financial support.
- Maintain relationships with office suppliers and service providers.
- Support event planning and coordination.
- Draft, review, and format newsletters, reports, presentations, and other communications.
- Assist with bulk mailings.
Qualifications for the Operations Associate include:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to mange multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in the Speedway office Monday through Friday.
Dean of Faculty
TCM is seeking a prayerful, faithful, disciple-making leader to serve as the Dean of Faculty. This role serves under TCM’s Chief Academic Officer, who is a member of TCM’s Executive Leadership Team. Primary responsibilities will include: faculty on-boarding, training, retention, development, mentoring, assessment, and evaluation; teaching and research; and other administrative duties.

Director of Global Outreach
The Director of Global Outreach will play a vital role in fostering a culture of discipleship, servant leadership, and world Christian vision. The successful candidate will lead TCM’s “Engaging Every Nation” initiative, build meaningful relationships with donors, and help to expand our reach through strategic outreach and communications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the Global Outreach team.
- Develop and implement strategies to help ensure sufficient funding for TCM’s mission.
- Oversee speaker engagement structure and schedule.
- Manage, develop, and submit TCM funding proposals.
- Oversee TCM’s external communications, including video production, social media, print media, and website.
- Plan and support TCM’s participation at special events, conventions, and seminars.
- Lead the recruitment and screening of individuals for the internship program.
Qualifications for TCM’s Director of Global Outreach include:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel, including overnights.
- Additional consideration will be given to those candidates with a proven track record of successful fundraising and donor cultivation.
