Tony Twist
Tony Twist has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TCM since 1991.
Tony serves as Professor of Leadership and Spiritual Formation. His academic preparation includes a B.A., Milligan College; an M.Div., Emmanuel School of Religion; a D.Min., Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; and a Ph.D., Indiana University.
He and his wife, Suzanne Grogan Twist, have served in churches in Virginia, Tennessee, and Indiana. Tony states: “I have never been more passionate about what God is doing through the ministry than I am today!”

David Roadcup
Dr. David Roadcup is Professor of Discipleship and Global Outreach Representative for TCMI International in Indianapolis, IN. He has been in ministry for over 58 years.
He is also part of a three-man team who founded the e2 Elders Ministry in 2010. This group has tri-authored 12 books on Elder Ministry. Through a series of Saturday seminars, they have trained over 12,000 elders all over the nation.
He has been married to Karen for 57 years. Dave and Karen have two married daughters and four grandchildren.

Bart Shaw
Bart Shaw has spent more than 20 years in full time ministry, currently serving as Carmel Campus Pastor and Lead Disciple Making Strategist for Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, where he has been for the past 8 years.
Bart has earned degrees from Purdue University (B.A.) and Ashland Theological Seminary (M.Div.). Bart’s passion is to develop and deploy disciple makers!
