Global Outreach Associate
This Global Outreach Associate is responsible to the Director of Global Outreach
who will conduct the annual performance review. Primary responsibilities include:
Help set the "Tone" for TCM International Institute
Actively engaging in a prayerful, faithful disciple making focus and practice.
Ministry of prayer, daily devotion and intercession for the personnel and mission.
Help establish a culture characterized by Learning Lifestyle, Christian Maturity, Servant Leadership, and World Christian Vision.
Help establish an atmosphere of integrity, harmony, and good will.
Serve as a member of the TCM development team.
Focus on the Engaging Every Nation initiative to increase support for existing donors and actively pursue new support.
Participate as member of Moves Management team with a list of constituents. Will become equipped to achieve established goals based upon the identification, education, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of current donor base and prospective donors (individuals and churches).
Organize church partnership questionnaire and maintain a system to manage TCM’s activities with its churches who do not have constituent managers.
Assist with donor base analysis and donor base management.
Assist in the maintenance of the www.tcmi.org TCM website.
Assist with TCM special events, conventions, seminars, and conferences.
Assist with the execution of TCM’s Social Media strategy.
Participate in speaking engagements with churches – mission moments, mission fairs, etc.
Serve as needed as part of the Development team in the design and development of electronic mass communication. – calendar, format, content, and design.
Participate in other TCM activities as needed:
Help recruit students for the USA program.
Assist in the recruitment and screening of internship program domestically and internationally.
