Entry-Level IT Helpdesk & Documentation Specialist

Summary:

TCM seeks a motivated individual to provide Tier 1 IT support and create user-friendly documentation. This role is essential for enhancing our IT services and user experience, with a particular emphasis on supporting students, faculty, and staff with the Learning Management System (LMS), Student Management System (SMS), and Office 365 tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Support:

    • Troubleshoot basic software/connectivity issues

    • Assist users with LMS, SMS, and Office 365 access and functionality

    • Utilize existing resources to provide solutions

    • Escalate complex problems when needed

  • Documentation:

    • Develop clear guides, FAQs, tutorials in multiple languages, specifically addressing LMS, SMS, and Office 365

    • Maintain a centralized documentation database

  • Training & Feedback:

    • Conduct training sessions for users on LMS, SMS, and Office 365 tools

    • Create instructional materials focused on these systems

    • Gather and analyze user feedback on IT services and documentation

  • Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with IT and Digital Learning teams to align documentation and training with strategic goals

    • Collaborate with translation teams to ensure accurate multilingual resources

    • Promote IT services and resources, emphasizing support for LMS, SMS, and Office 365

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English and at least one of the following languages:

    • Bulgarian

    • Czech

    • Hungarian

    • Polish

    • Romanian

    • Russian

    • Turkish

    • Ukrainian

Preferred Skills:

  • IT helpdesk or technical support experience

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, Student Management Systems, and Office 365

  • Familiarity with documentation tools

  • Experience in educational/non-profit environments

Compensation:
